HIGH STRENGTH MASONRY CEMENT TYPE S & M

RECOMMENDED USES

Titan America® High Strength Masonry Cement has a proven track record. This product is specifically designed to produce a Type S or Type M Masonry Cement to be used in the installation of concrete block, decorative stone, brick, and many other masonry applications.

SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES

Titan America® High Strength Masonry Cement, when mixed and tested according to the property specifications section of ASTM C-270, will meet the strength requirements for Type S and Type M Masonry Cement. Titan America® High Strength Masonry Cement meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C-91.

WHITE MASONRY CEMENT

TITAN AMERICA® White Masonry Cement has a proven track record on many applications including stucco, mortar for concrete block, clay brick, glass block, stone and decorative masonry jobs. Its qualities are pleasing to designers, masons, and property owners.

RECOMMENDED USES

Titan America® White Masonry Cement is typically used where a pleasing aesthetic accent is desired in masonry construction. Mineral oxide pigments can be added to the mix to achieve a full spectrum of colors.

SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES

Titan America® White Masonry Cement is an excellent mortar with qualities such as high aesthetics, durability, strength and workability. Titan America® White Masonry Cement when mixed with masonry sand (ASTM C-144) and tested according to the property specification section of ASTM C-270 will produce a mortar that complies with the requirements of Types ‘S’ and ‘N’ masonry. Titan America® White Masonry Cement meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C-91.

Portland Type I/II

Titan America’s Portland Cement Type I/II is a general purpose cement suitable for all uses where the special properties of other types are not required. Typical uses include slabs on-grade, curbing, foundations, paving, floors, and some pre-cast products.

Portland Type II

Titan America’s Portland Cement Type II can be specified for most concrete construction jobs, including projects that may require the concrete to withstand exposure to harsh environmental conditions.

Portland White Type I

Titan America’s Portland Cement White has multiple applications, including finish cement, stucco, colored concrete block, and other decorative masonry units. White cement produces clean, bright colors, especially for light pastels.

Stucco Cement

Titan America’s Stucco Cement is specifically designed for the plastering trade. This product, the result of extensive testing and controlled production, has characteristics desired by the stucco applicator. Titan America Stucco Cement, with proper proportions of sand and clean, potable water provides a smooth, workable mix that retains good consistency and develops a strong bond.

Roof Tile

Titan America’s roof tile cement secures concrete and clay roof tile installations. Roof tile cement adds further color diversity to tile roofing systems.
