Single Hung Windows

A standard single hung window has a top sash that is fixed in place and does not move, but the bottom sash is operable to allow air flow. Available with a wide variety of options.

Double Hung Windows
Double hung windows look similar to single hung windows but both top and bottom sashes are operable and can be moved up or down. Available with a wide variety of options and styles
Fixed and Picture Windows
Non-operable windows, designed to let in light and add expansive views. The difference between fixed and picture windows lies in the frame size. Fixed windows have larger frames and are built to match the sight lines of accompanying operating windows, where picture windows have a low profile frame. Both available with a variety of options including hurricane impact glass.
Awning Windows
Awning windows are hinged at the top and open outward, allowing for ventilation even during a light rain. Often used in combination with other window styles or placed higher on walls for privacy, awning windows are easy to open and close.
Horizontal Sliding Windows
Horizontal sliding windows open side to side with one sash remaining stationary. Provide quick and easy ventilation with no protrusions.
Tilt and Turn Windows
A great option for unique situations. A tilt and turn window swings in like a door but can also tilt. One window with two functions both controlled by the same handle.
Casement Windows
Casement windows are a common style. They are hinged on one side and swing outward when open. Unlike a single hung, it has no center rail to obstruct the view.
